    I’ve struggled with shoulder pain for a while now. Ryan’s sports massage really helps with this injury. His knowledge enables him to know exactly which area needs work meaning I leave with a much improved range of movement. I also tried out the compression boots at the end which was a first for me. My legs felt really light afterwards so I’d definitely repeat this.
